Then what are you suppose to do? Just keep negging her, show absolutely zero interest, and wait. This is not the type of girl that you're going to pick up off of a cold approach. With a girl like Olivia Munn, my guess would be that you'd have to break into her social circle first. The girls I know and have slept with that are similar to her, almost NEVER date or sleep with guys outside of their social circles, and they have so many guys within their social circle that it's almost impossible to pick them up off of a cold approach.
An Olivia Munn type simply likes taking her time with men, and she knows that they are willing to wait. Once you're inside her social circle, negging her constantly, and waiting around, what are you suppose to do? You have to wait until she develops an overbearing crush on you. Not just interest, but a crush. Showing any interest before then is only going to make her realize that she can have you, and then back off. She has to have the absolute hots for you. The instant you go after her, is the instant her interest in you will die.
Over time, you want her questioning why you aren't showing her any interest at all. Simply being the one guy that hasn't shown her any interest is going to drive her nuts. Eventually, she is going to confess how she feels about you, at which point, you move in and take your prize. I've dealt with plenty of tomboyish hot girls like her, and that's how you get them naked. Penetrate the social circle, neg them endlessly, never show interest, and then wait until she has an overbearing crush on you.
