Ive done this with edging and without and back to edging again and now without and its a clear option to me not to seduce yourself back into the hands of the devil which in this case is your hands. This is just like working out or any other thing that brings us out of our comfort zone. We go through some discomfort to reach a great reward in the end. I am a little over 2 weeks in and i had a fairly good day yesterday feeling great but then right back into anxiety, “doom thinking” and the fear of feeling trapped today. Thats the roller coaster everyone has been saying so im basing things more on time then how i feel from day to day until i know this storm has passed. I still am flatlining (no libido) aka “dead penis” i can see some hot girls (went clubbing and got no action) normally i would wank it when i got home because i would have massive urges but no. I came home and just went straight to sleep no harm no foul. In AZ there are hot girls at every corner but this guy didnt care or stare.
